When I was pregnant I had really bad back pain and when I went into labor it was just constant....When I went into labor before i knew i was in labor I had just light crampy feeling in my lower stomach kinda like a period pain barely painful in my stomah...My cousin had constant bad back pain where she couldnt walk but was not in labor...You can always call your doctor. sometimes the doctors have a doctors line that you can call until late at night with any questions...that what my doctor had when I called to see if I was in labor

Could be braxtion hicks. Have you started dilating yet? If your doctor hasn't checked then you should ask at your next visit. The pain could also be from having so much extra weight right on the front of your tummy.

It could be Braxton Hick Contractions... Just Call your doctor and let them know.
also, it is not necessarily to feel pain in your stomach, I never felt any pain in my stomach with my labor.
