40 weeks and 5 days pregnant with lower back spasms and abdominal cramping?I'm 40 weeks 5 days pregnant with my third baby. and for 2 days now I have been having lower back spasms and abdominal cramping sometimes accompanied by my entire uterus tightening up.I also have a constant backache in between the spasms... I do not remember any back pains like this with my 1st two babies. Could I be experiencing back labor with this one and not be realizing it?.. Has anyone experienced the things I am?.. If so what was your outcome? Thank You!

sounds like back labor to me! start timing them!
