I have to read A LOT and my back and neck hurt. What is the most ergonomic way to read?I just started grad school and have to read for hours and hours every day. I don't like sitting at the table while reading. I went to a school for children with back pains, and we used to read and write in classes while laying on the stomach, with a "triangle" underneath the chest so that chest and shoulders were elevated and we could write . Have any one heard of any devices that will allow me to read while laying down and yet be back pain-conscious? What's the most ergonomic way to read for long periods of time? Thanks!!!

Read with your arms up enough to have the book at eye level or almost eye level.
Anyone in marching band would know this helps.
