It's normal for women who are 40 years old to have back pain. If it hurts that bad, you should stop bending over so much or talk to a doctor.

this could be anything from a prolapse to arthritis any pain that is constant and unexplained should be investigated so see your GP and he should be able to help don't ignore it age has nothing to do with it take care and best of luck from a middle aged lady

yep I get that, no particular reason, moved the wrong way, picked something up, anything but if it lasts, more than a week, get it checked out, just getting over 40 mate cheers
