Can you be in labor without back pains?Im almost 39 weeks. Im feeling something like contractions in my lower middle abdomen. Question is.. if this is real labor, can you be in labor without the back pain or will I for sure have back pain with it?

You don't always get back pain if you are having regular contractions you may want to head to the hospital or at least call them
