Sometimes After having anal sex I get really bad abdominal cramps and some pain in my lower back. Why is this?These cramps I get in my abdominals almost feel like horrible horrible gas craps, like sharp pain so bad I'm almost doubled over. It doesn't happen very often, but when it does....it's bad enough to scare me a little.
Any insight?

My best guess would be it is caused by air introduced into the anal cavity by the intercourse it's self. As long as it passes, there is no loss of ability to control your sphincter and there is no blood or other type of discharge, I would say there is nothing to worry about.

I've been doubled over and in tears, and once went to the hospital even. Its nothing but hitting a muscle somehow the wrong way or something..its happeend like 3 or 4 times to me, and it sucks so bad..i mean its just unbearable pain, I know.....and I tink it takes like an hour or 2 to finally subside. So, ya, just give it time...ugh sorry, but glad i not alone lol.
added- I just noticed this said after anal sex - I get this from normal sex.
