you may have gallstones and that's why you are in horrible pain.
a gallstone attack is very painful and some people vomit too.
you may need to go the ER,if the pain/vomiting is so bad: its possible a small gallstone is lodged in the opening of the gallbladder:this is very painful,you can feel pain in the stomach area or in the back even in the shoulder blade area.
you can also pass out from severe pain.
