People will b*tch not to take tylenol, so expect that answer a lot... You can use a heating pad. I found that laying on my back with a pillow not under my tailbone, but just at it, helps a ton.

hot baths, or heating pad on your back.

I am 34 weeks and my back has been killing me lately. I don't wanna take anything for it so I have been living on the heating pad. That seems to help. Or take a hot bath. Heat seems to ease my pain.
