what can left lower abdominal and back lower pain be?i have pain on my lower left abdomen going also to the lower back.usually happens when i am in a sitting position or usually in the car when i lay down after a while the pain goes away.what can it be?

It sounds like it could be your kidney. For years I had pain in my lower left abdomen that would come on every once in a while. I went to the e.r numerous times, but they never could figure out what it was until one time I went and the pain had spread into my back. That's when they started checking my kidneys. It turned out that I had a UPJ (ureteropelvic junction obstruction). I then needed surgery to fix it.
So I'd suggest going to the e.r.

lower back is usually the kidneys, frequent urge to pee in just a small dose.It is probably a cold in the kidneys or an infection both need to be checked by a doctor.

There are many abdominal organs that can cause back pain. The kidneys and urinary tract are probably the most common. You may have an infection or other problem. You really need to see a doctor and find out what is going on.
