39 weeks pregnant and horrible hip and lower back pain?My hips and lower back are killing me today (after all weekend with strong but irregular contractions) Its on and off but makes it hard to walk, plus i have pain in my crotch. what could this be?

You are getting close. Start timing your contractions. If they get stronger and closer together through time, then you are probably going into labor.

Could be back labor. Maybe you should call your doc and see if they want to check you out today.

Time them if they are irregular and not real close together go lay down and try to get some rest the way it sounds you're gonna need you're energy!!
