Abdominal & back pain?I have severe abdominal pain accompanied by intense middle back pain. Recently started vomiting and getting dizzy. All test are "normal" . The ER ruled out pancreatitis and appendicitis. I've been very tired and i'm definitely not pregnant. (hyterectomy) I'm at a lost! Any suggestions are greatly needed and thank you.

What region of your abdomen? Upper-right just below the ribcage could be your gallbladder. If it's more back pain than stomach pain, it could be your kidneys. Anything lower, I'd say something intestinal.
