Back pain and cramping?I am 37 weeks and 1 day pregnant. On Monday, I lost my mucus plug, but it did not contain any blood. I know that some women experience blood in theirs when they lose their plug and some do not experience it. I also know that some women experience the bloody show, and some don't, and some consider blood in the plug to be the show, and others don't. Anyway, I lost the plug on Monday, and continued to lose some pieces of it, and when I went to my check up on Tuesday, the nurse told me that it's a good sign labor is on it's way, but also it could be hours, days, or even weeks before labor starts.
Tuesday night, my lower back started to hurt, like a crampy feeling, as I would normally feel when I would get cramps from my period. It hurt into my butt, and into my groin - inner leg area. Yesterday, the pain started to get worse, mostly in the back, but I had also experienced some cramping in my lower abdomen, and a stabbing pain in my inner legs and in my vaginal area. The pains started getting closer together and more intense, but not close enough as in like, 5 minutes that I would have to rush to the hospital.
I woke up this morning and this pain is only getting worse, only now it's pretty constant. My stomach occasionally gets hard, but I have been experiencing these contractions since week 20 and I have known them just to be braxton hicks, but now I am getting sharper pains in my upper abdomen and around my belly buttons and in my sides. But it just seems like I can't time these pains, because my back hurts so fricken bad. My baby has seemed to slow down with his movements, and I have been feeling a lot of pressure down there, like I have to poop but I really don't, and the baby feels like he is going to fall out of me.
I really don't want to call my doctor or go to the hospital because I don't want to if it's nothing at all. What do you think I should do? I live with my mom and she told me that if the pain gets worse she will drive me in, and the worst they can tell me at the hospital is to go back home. I am very anxious to meet my son and I am so uncomfortable I just really really want him out of me. lol.

Yes Richard Nayoya acupressure mats work pretty well for back pain relief. They increase blood flood to the back and help relieve the pain. good stuff. They're very cheap also and great quality.
