Does lower back pain, fatigue and nausea mean I COULD be pregnant?My husband and I are still trying to get pregnant and lately I have had back pain like CRRRAAAZZZY? Did you or anyone you know have early early back pain during pregnancy? I can't be to far along if I am pregnant, but have had an enormous amout of back pain and it's driving me crazy. Lat night I also felt very very nauseated to the point I didn't want to even move my head for fear I was going to get sick. I have also felt extremly tired and just dont want to get out of bed til 12 noon. I dont want to get a HPT just yet (those things are expensive) We have been trying to get pregnant and have been so excited I just kept buying the tests and it just turns out to be a waste of money when i find out i am not pregnant. So anyways... have had BAD back pain...nausea and fatigue?! Is it a possibility I could be pregnant?
But see... I have a feeling like I could be pregnant... but its still to early for my period, thats why i am asking... its REALLY EARLY symtoms... and I didn't think it would be that early for back pains and fatigue and nausea... ya know? I never had symptoms like this with my son! ITS WEIRD!

is it the lower back ( where butt bone is) lol well maybe because i had those symtoms and i sure was pregnant. good luck take a test. go to a dollar general or dollar tree the hpt are the same as those expensive ones but just $ 1 and accurate.

it definitely could be. when i first found out i was pregnant, all iw anted to do was sleep and it hurt to bend over or do anything strenuous with my back. i was never nauseated, but i got dizzy and headaches alot.
