Easing the lower back/side pain from a kidney infection?I have a kidney infection and am having trouble sleeping because the pain in my back/side is so bad. I've tried taking Tylenol but it's not really working. Does anyone have any experience with ways to ease the pain?
Thanks.

Try a heating pad. It worked for me.

I agree--a heating pad works so well. Avoid walking around or standing, that makes the pain worse. I think I slept on my stomach for about 3 months when I had a kidney infection, ugh, I feel for you!
Instead of Tylenol, you should take an anti-inflammatory medication like ibuprofen or Aleve. This should help.
