Stay off your feet as much as possible, take warm showers, use a heating pad on your back, put your feet up when you are laying down. There's not a whole lot else I can think of. Just know there will be sweet relief in a few weeks! Good luck!
So...I just realized you're a guy..umm...???

My doctor said too much heat(bath, heating pad, etc)can cause labor to start, but a warm bath with epsom salt seems to be the only remedy for me, though it is temporary

I had horrible back pain. I found that doing pelvic tilts, sitting on an exercise ball and rolling my hips in circles, and doing squats really helped to ease some of the pain. I also did yoga for pregnancy which was really helpful (but I don't think you should start that if you haven't been doing it throughout your pregnancy - unless you consult your doc first). If you have access to a pool swimming will be a relief too! Good Luck!

Massage! I go in for one every 2 weeks & they really know how to get in there Moving the fluids around makes my circulation top knotch, and really eases the pain in my back It feels so much better when im done If you are think you are too big, trust me you are not They have equipment especially for us pregnant gals They are a lifesaver for me
