You have pinched muscles in your back giving you that pain. You can get rid of the pain by freeing up your back muscles and here's how to free them up:
Back:
(do from a sitting position)
Place your left hand on your left leg next to your body. Place your right hand over your left shoulder, fingers over the back and the palm in the front and firmly pull down on them and hold. After 30 seconds slowly lower your body forward and to the outside of your left leg, keeping your left arm fairly straight as you do. When you reach your lap remain there for another 10 seconds, release the pressure but rest there for another 30 seconds. Then reverse your hand positions and do your right side.
For best results relax your body first by taking a deep breath and exhaling then remain this relaxed.

If you didn't have this Pain before and you started to feel it is a medical problem. Depends on the pain, and the longevity of the issue. If the pain continues. I highly recommend seeing a doctor, or alternative medical doctor, like acupuncture.

And if Advil and Aleve doesn't help a like pain killer can re leave. But not the heavy ones. But Darvocet-N works very well and it doesn't have any Opiates. So it is not addictive.

OK, go to the doctor. Why would you mess with the health of your back/spine/spinal cord? An x-ray, MRI or exam could get to the root of the problem. Your body is telling you something is wrong by send you high levels of pain. GO TO YOUR DOCTOR!

When muscles tighten and shorten, it causes more muscle fibres than
are required for good posture to contract at the same time.

It means that these muscle fibres are working over-time and are
shortening the muscle, which restricts the range of movement of that
muscle.

Furthermore because the muscle is shorter it has to contract even more to
do the same quantity of work as a relaxed, longer muscle.

As a result of the muscle having to work even harder, lactic acid builds up
faster in the muscle which causes muscle fatigue and pain.

The solution to this problem is simple! I have discovered some exercises for
lower back pain relief they can free up the tension and decrease the pain.
