pulled muscles on my middle and lower back causing testicle pain?i pulled muscles on my back weight lifting the other day and the morning after my testicle started to hurt not big pain more like if i had blue balls on one testicle, as the pain on my back dies out i still have a slight soreness on my testicle mostly on my right one sometimes switches to my left one however my back injury was on the left side. anyone know why what has happened or can relate please give me advice before i seek medical attention thank you.

The testicle pain might not be related to your back injury. You might have an infection or it might be something else. You do need to see the doctor.
