My lower back on the left side hurts when i stand and bend backwards, and on one leg?It started a few days ago, but my lower back, very close to the butt on the left side of the lower back, hurts very bad when i bed backwards, even just standing, especially on one leg. It feels like i can't stand at all without it feeling uncomfortable, almost like my lower back is going to detach from my body. I'm 22, female, healthy, no injuries, no running or weight lifting. Is this serious?

This sounds like it is your sacroiliac joint. Try these two movements to open it up. Sit in a straight chair and twist your body as far as you can to the left and note the distance traveled. Now twist to the right and note the distance traveled. One direction is going to go further so start in that direction first. Twist as far and hard as you can in that direction for 30 seconds and then rest for 15 seconds. Repeat this twice more and then go in the opposite direction 3 times exactly the same way. Now raise the left arm up as high as it will go and note the height achieved and then do the right arm and note the height achieved. One arm will go up further so start with that arm first. Raise that arm up as high and hard as you can for 30 seconds and then rest for 15 seconds. Repeat this twice more and then do the opposite arm exactly the same way 3 times. Now stand up and lean backwards. There should be less pain and more mobility present. Do these movements at least twice a day and continue doing them for a few days after the problem clears.
