lower back pain, kidney infection?my lower left of my back is really sore, i can barely walk, even when i sneeze its really sore and plus this morning i fell down the steps which didnt help it either!! have you any advice to give me, its really anoying and i dont want to go to the doctor about it cause i dont want to cause a stir !!

If you don't go to the doctor you'll never know., Yahoo answers can't tell you what you have. If it's a kidney infection you need to go to the doctor or it will just get worse and worse till you end up in the ER.
