Fibroids come from the absence of progesterone.
The absence of progesterone comes from excessive stress.
The excessive stress comes from lack of sleep, emotional suffering, poor diet, excessive drinking, low calorie dieting, low carb dieting, drinking coffee, drinking green tea.
Do NOT NOT NOT ever take anything like Depo-Provera or bio-identical progesterone to "fix" the problem.
Also, do not get a hysterectomy... it will ruin your emotional system. Instead, get a MYOMECTOMY if you wish to remove the fibroids.
