Back of Thigh Pain but xrays show nothing?So the back of my thigh hurts after sittin for long periods of time, and this occurred after my car accident in december of 08, the door had gone into my leg well hit it hard. I have gotten xrays, either they weren't very good or they just didn't show anything, and this pain had been goin on for like 5 months.

My only guess would be something like Bursitis where there's an inflammation of the muscle tissue.
