What are some natural ways to cure my symptoms: Headaches, Back/neck pain, low energy, weakness, aches, etc...I stretch, walk, and eat right. I have 2 little ones under 2 so I'm always on the move... the back pain is very severe at times, always at least a dull ache. I have headaches almost daily. I have a hard time falling asleep and a hard time waking up. I've been to a million doctors, a million drugs, MRIs and Xrays... I used to smoke, but quit. I don't drink. I'm sick of doctors writing me prescriptions for muscle relaxers. It isn't fixing anything or making me feel better, it just knocks me out. Any suggestions? Thanks!!!!
I've also had lots of blood work done... I'm not anemic... No tests or screenings have shown anything "wrong" with me. The only thing I've been diagnosed with is depression. I am on an anti-depressant.
Oh, and besides tylenol or advil or whatever.... I have lodine and naproxen that I take. It doesn't cut it.

Have you checked possible allergies? I have a friend who used to get extremely bad migranes and didn't know why until she found out that she was allergic to chocolate - the headaches were the only symptom and she had been eating it for years.
-Try massage therapy and for short-term relief, presssing pressure points on your helps to relieve some pain

From personal experience, I'd say a visit to the chiropractor seems to be in order. A good adjustment will alleviate the headaches and back pain within a couple of hours.
The low energy/aches/fatigue could be chronic fatigue which antidepressants will only make worse.
I'm not a big fan of Dr's prescribing meds for all sorts of 'Syndromes". The drug companies are just getting richer and the majority of humans are getting sicker.
It may seem a trite thing to say, but have you been spending any time on 'you'? When a parent of young ones doesn't feel up to par, it generally boils down to not getting 'you' time. I know people will castigate me for being so simplistic, but like I said, its personal experience.
You said you've had many tests, ruling out illness.
When you're giving and giving to everyone but yourself, it wears on your well being, no matter how physically healthy you are.
You're a crystal pitcher full of sparkling water and pouring it into everyone elses' glass will empty you.
You have to re-fill yourself, however that happens for you.
For me, I could afford a weekly massage, and a daily mommy 'bath time' where I was not to be disturbed for any reason. That was enough for me. A friend of mine needed to take art classes at the community college.
It's different for every woman.

I suggest U go to a Wholistic practitioner either a Herbalist, Homeopathy or Naturopath. He or she can do an Hair analysis. If Your in Salmon Arm, BC Canada,, try Roger Gervai he's besides Craft & Such and other side is Wizard Inks on Shuswap St. Warning Wholistic practitioners aren't cheap, their charges are steep. My sessions set me back about $ 300 in a period of 3 months! Then there's the herbs on top of that! Well they have to be high they aren't subsidized by the government! Meanwhile try Vervain for the Brain, Pau Dárco for pain, Comfrey for the neck, Ginseng for energy and strength, Green tea or Oolong tea to prevent fatigue! Not drinking enough water a day can cause most of the problems. Drink at least 5 glasses a day..
that should be the bare minimum. U can drink fruit juice instead but then increase the liquid comsumption to 6-8 glasses aday!

some natural health food stores offer free consultations with certified nutritionists ... see if you can find one of these ... I take a lot of supplements for a variety of reasons and they're very helpful ... you just have to do your research and buy a good quality brand ... good luck!
