Back Pain Info:Abdominal pains, Stomach pains, lower back pains.?

Abdominal pains, Stomach pains, lower back pains.?Ive been having abdominal pains for quite a few years now, it ususally starts above my belly botton and shoots to my lower back painfull enough that I have a hard time getting around, ive seen doctors had scans mri's ultrasounds, endoscopys colonoscopys and nothings coming up they tell me im healthy, i just have irritable bowl syndrome, well im taking welchol and taramadol naproxiem i was taking bentyl for awhile but it didnt change anything so i stopped taking it, i take zolpodem and rozerum to sleep, ive tried stopping these medications fasting, not eating gluten staying away from tea caffene and soda for weeks, not eating at all, the lemon juice diet i tried only drinking reliv fiber for 10 days, just about everything I drink alot of water im always carrying a water bottle around it seems like drinking cold things helps alittle bit and just the act of drinking somthing helps alot, ive had my gall bladder removed and my appendix ruptured a week before they cut me open to take it out, i exercise atleast 2wice a week somtimes 3 times, i go on a 1 mile walk, but ive pushed it up to 3 miles now i take my dog for the walk and hes very rambunctious so i have to pull him around alot.

So in review, i have pain above my belly botton somtimes in my lower right abomen from time to time and in my lower back however thats a completly new one from all the years of pain, my throat seems to swell up at times it feels dry and it seems like eating somting helps a little bit but its like im forcing somthing through a small tube but it dosent always feel this way somtimes it just feels fine often times my right leg will hurt pretty bad and form time to time it feels numb so does my right hand and right arm at times all of this rarely causes diheria but it does come on somtimes, most days my pain remains about 5 out of 10 rising to 6 or seven at times and some days my pain shoots all the way up to 8 or even 10, i havent been able to do much, there for ive lost my job and ive moved in with my parents, somtimes streching or massaging the areas of my pain helps pulling my leg up behind me or putting it on my other leg while im sitting and pushing on the nee, pulling on my stomach around my belly button helps too, pulling and stretching tugging that area can help the pain go away, somtimes the pain will let up when im walking around but at times when i exercise that only causes the pain to get worse. I often feel like my head and upper back my hands are buring literally on fire however my tempature is perfectally normal. I used to take cold showers late at night just to get my tempature down enough to sleep somtimes i wake up soaked in sweat my bed sheets are literally damp or soaked, my head feels like its dizzy i have alot of fatigue off and on, i am taking b12 injections and i try to sun tan a little bit as ive been told these things can help. somtimes i feel dizzy and somtimes when im sitting down and i get up too quck i black out a bit not fully but im hit and dizzy and i have to stop for a bit, if im down on the ground neeling or bent over for too long when i get back up i feel dizzy and almost like i could black out i have to prop my self against the wall for awhile to get to feeling better.

I am seeing a medical counselor for my problems shes trying to teach me various exercises to help with my pain as if it might be emotional or brought on by my head but im not sure thats the case ive faithfully tried every trick shes offered she had me hold onto 2 vibrating discs and close my eyes trying not to think, but all this isnt helping me. Ive noticed that cold or heat can bring on this pain or make me dizzy I cant stand being to cold or too hott, if i dont have a balance i feel yucky once when i was in the shower i think i gott too warm i was suddenly lying on the ground in terrible pain fatigued and i couldnt get up for awhile the warm water was washing over me i was blocking the drain so it started to rise up and i was chocking on water for awhile untill i finally forced myself to get up and crawl out of the shower.

If i get too cold i break down too, ive been having to take allegra D to keep from getting constant sore throats, one note when i have a sore throat or stomach ach somtimes drinking a herbal tea called Mate` helps alot, Yerba Mate` organic, i have a 5 pound bag of it.

Now that ive finally had my gall bladder removed and on my current medications i just started taking cymbalta, i have a slight trend of normlacy hover my pains still remain random pains across my stomach and in my lower back and abdomen somtimes under my ribs but the pains are usually in the same area just at times they move to different areas or it seems that way too me, Im lost for options im considering going to a university for this, im willing to fly to california to see if they can help me Im completely lost here and if anyone has any answers id really appreciate them.

I do remember during my colonoscopy i was asleep for most

I'm sure the best thing for you to do is visit the doctor.

Get away from those local doctors. Clearly they are limited in the depth of knowledge. Go see a specialist at Mayo Clinic in Minnesota or go to UCLA medical in California.

It always best to get a second opinion when your current doctor is clueless. No one should go through life in constant pain. Get more experienced help.
