Back Aches?My back (Near the right shoulder) has really been aching and paining, when I put the slightest of pressure on it, It really hurts.
What can I do? :(

You can try applying heat to the area to see if that helps. If it helps some it may indicate a pulled muscle (an example only) but because of how bad it hurts I would recommend seeing your doctor for further evaluation of the situation to see what they say.
