Pain in stomach and back ?I am 23 years old and I have several symptoms going on at once. For about the past week or two I have been really nausious and breast have been tingly. Then two nights ago after I ate I began to have achy pain in the left side of my abdomen and it spread to my left shoulder and upper back. This keeps happening and getting worse.The pain is now going under my ribs and spreading to the right side. I am confused about these symptoms anyone able to put these together.

Well tingly breasts + nausea suggest pregnancy if you are sexually active.
Pain under your RIGHT rib and shoulder/back area could be gallbladder issues. Pain starting after eating suggests stomach/pancreas/gallbladder issues. Check your temp honey.

Upper middle abdomen
The epigastric area — directly above the navel in the upper middle section of the abdomen — is where you might feel pain associated with stomach disorders. Persistent pain in this area may also signal a problem with your pancreas or gallbladder.
Upper left abdomen

* The pain gets worse
* You can't eat because of the pain
* You also have a high fever or chills along with the pain
Seek emergency help if:
* The pain is accompanied by shortness of breath, dizziness, bleeding, vomiting or a high fever
* The abdominal pain is sudden and severe
* The pain radiates to your chest, neck or shoulder
* You vomit blood
* You find blood in your stool or your stool turns black
* You find blood in your urine
* Your abdomen is swollen and tender

Q: What could cause pain in the left side under the ribs?
A: Is it only on the left side? Does it seem to travel to your back as well? Do you drink excessive amounts of alcohol? If you answered no, yes, and yes, it could be pancreatitis, or inflammation of the pancreas, and you should seek medical treatment immediately. The only cure is to discontinue ingestion of anything until the swelling and irritation subsides.
