lower back pain when sitting straight up with legs in front?if i sit down on the floor and put my legs out straight in front of me i cant sit up straight, and if i do my lower back starts to reallyyy hurt. im only 19 so i dont see why this would happen. am i just really unflexible or is something wrong with my back?
and i recently got a reduction bc i was getting back pains idk if that has anything to do with it

maybe scoliosis? also, our spines are not meant to be straight up like that. if you look at an image of it, the spine is curved. if you think the pain is serious, go see a doctor.
