Back pain....swimming?I've had some upper back pain today and I think its from jumping on the trampoline and playing in the pool the past 2 days. Should I go to swimming class this afternoon or should I wait for my back pain to go away? Do you think my back pain IS from swimming and jumping?
Thanks!

You probably got the pain while jumping for it's coming from a pinched muscle in your back. You can release your back muscles to get rid of that pain right now so you don't have to worry about the lessons you have coming up and here's how to do that:
Back:
(do from a sitting position)
Place your left hand on your left leg next to your body. Place your right hand over your left shoulder, fingers over the back and the palm in the front and firmly press on them and hold. After 30 seconds slowly lower your body forward and to the outside of your left leg, keeping your left arm fairly straight as you do. When you reach your lap remain there for another 10 seconds, release the pressure but rest there for another 30 seconds. Then reverse your hand positions and do your right side.
For best results relax your body first by taking a deep breath and exhaling then remain this relaxed.

Hi,
Most probably not stretching enough before swimming and jumping on the trampoline caused this. My guess is that you have an inflammation or a muscle imbalance. Before the pain goes away and your back is cured, you should avoid doing effort (that includes swimming). In order to heal sooner, I recommend you to try taking a natural treatment that relieves symptoms of back pain and allows your body to heal its self. "I-Live Pain Free" capsules are made of all-natural ingredients. Combined together they reduce inflammation, pain and also contribute heal. I am confident this natural treatment can help you as well.
Good luck, I hope you will feel much better!
