Chest pain, back pain, shortness of breath, high blood pressure, what could be causing this?

Chest pain, back pain, shortness of breath, high blood pressure, what could be causing this?I'm over all a pretty health person, very rarely sick. 29 yr old female, mother of 3, ages 2, 6 & 10. Work full time but it's a pretty relaxed job.
I was admitted to the hospital last week for chest pain & high blood pressure (225/112) had EKG & CT scan, as well as an ultrasound on my reital (kidney area) CT scan showed lower left lope (lung) had air sacs deflated & possible pnuemonia setting in. Ultrasound & EKG came back normal. When I had gone into the ER, the day I was admitted, I had pain that started in my Right arm 2 days prior causing some numbness in finger tips, than it moved to my back right below my shoulder blade (right side) everytime I coughed I couldn't get a full cough out cause it shot pain across my shoulder blade area in my back. My chest felt like it was being squeezed & had an elephant sitting on it. I didn't have a cold & kept coughing (partically) couldn't get a full cough out. I was in the hospital for 2 days, had blood thinner several times & was sent home on bp meds & breathing treatments. And was told to keep track of my bp several times a day, til I have my follow up appt w/ my dr. in a week. (which is this Wed) I wake up feeling ok, but as the day goes on I feel worse. Today is the worse, I feel just like I did the day I was admitted to the hospital, minus arm pain. Now I have the squeezing/heaviness feeling in chest, pain going down my back, kinda on the side too, but on the right side again. I'm coughing again randomly but can't get the whole cough out, when I take a deep breath & try to let it out, feels like it's being cut off & I can't get the cough out. Bp is 165/100 pulse 87. I'm thinking of calling my doctor in the mean time I wanted to see if anyone could give me any advice on what could be going on.

addition info: I never was told by any other dr that I had heart palatations & now was told this at my phyisical about a month ago.
I'm so scard it could be heart diease or something like that. Heart diease runs on fathers side.

Well...your blood pressure is still pretty high, are you still taking any blood pressure medication they may have given to you when you were released from the hospital? Have you ever been told you had high blood pressure before you went to the ER? Your pulse is ok,but your blood pressure(if your taking medication for it) is still high, too high even without medication,ot with medication!!! And at your age...I would be somewhat concerned..If I were you...I would see what my blood pressure says within the next 12 hours. If it goes up any more...go back to the ER.You also shouldn't have this kind of pain either.Just because you were in the hospital, doesn't mean you are healed and free of any/all illnesses!! As for the blood thinners they gave you? This is now standard procedure..not to much to worry about with that! What you need to worry about is that high blood pressure...it should be reading 120/80.......especially at your young age.165/100 is too much. The next time you take your blood pressure? Make sure you take it when you are at a FULL RESTING STATE!!! Take it when your relaxed, then see what the reading is..If the reading is still high, just go back to the ER.I wouldn't play around or sit around and wait until Wednesday.Make sure you tell ANY doctor that sees you about your family medical history. When at ANY ER...? Make sure you tell every single doctor the same family history/story!! You have NO idea how many times a doctor can over-see a simple mistake by simply leaving out a medical fact from your family history.So..make sure you tell every doctor about any/all family medicl history...Like heart disease,stroke..and so forth...Good luck and I hope everything works out for you.Keep up with those breathing treatments too...I see you ARE taking blood pressure meds(Sorry)...still too HIGH!! Again...hope all goes well....you should go back seeing how your still taking blood pressure medications and having this kind of pain like before and no relief.
