diarrhea back pain and sweats?

diarrhea back pain and sweats?im a 19 year old female and ive always delt with this, its been like a month where every week i have at least 2 episodes. im sick of missing work and sleep.

This is what happens

I will randomly get a sharp cramp through my back, then i get a dull pain on my left side on m lower back then the sweats then abdomain pain then the diarrhea and it seems the only way i can get my stomach to stop is my tapping my foot idkwhy but i cant deal with this crap anymore.. what does it sound like
