immense back pain and uneven hips?hi, so i have had really back back pain for the past 3 years, since i was in 5th grade and had CPRS and was on crutches for a year. my back was really messed up and when i went to physical therapy my therapist sometimes cracked my back and evened out my hips for me. at the gym there, i used a styrofoam roll that i rolled along my back and it felt great, so when i stopped P.T. i bought one for myself that i use every once in awhile as well as doing yoga poses to help my back out. i still have immense back pain and my hips are uneven...what can i do about this at home? should i see a chiropractor or masouse? thank you so much. (i also have really good posture since im a musician, so thats not the problem) thanks again!

go back to your Doctor, maybe you need to be seen by a specialist Doctor.

i get pain too because of my neck
i been told to go to one of the docs that is only for your back
(sorry for my bad english but i just woke up lol and im german)
i knew what it was called yesterday lol but cant remember now
well anywho
they only work on your back maybe they well not maybe they can def. change it and get rid of your pain
