Not usually, no. She is probably about to get her period, it's a period pain or menstrual cramp.

sometimes i had lower back pain. but every one is diffrent

It can be, but it can also be a sign of approaching PMS. She needs to take a test, that's the only way to really know.

IT CAN BE!!,, but it can also be cramps (pre menstraling)
so if she's getting nervouse it can be her mind playing tricks on her making her think she is when she isn't

I hope for it every month but for me, sadly, back pain usually means my period is less than a week away.
She can go to fertilityfriend.com (free site) to help her chart and track her symptoms and cycles and possibly pinpoint an ovulation day :)
