Pregnant, back pain, and having Sex question?After I have sex my lower back hurts so bad. With my other pregnancies, I had problems often but not due to sex. All doctors just tell me that it's normal to haveback pain while pregnant, but it's not just a little pain. Any suggestions or has anyone experienced this?

Sometimes the baby can rest on the spine which can cause more pain. Every pregnancy is different. Try some pelvic tilt exercises see if they help. Try and relax as much as possible and use a position that doesnt involve you being in an awkward position (spoons might be best).

My tends to cramp in the front after we finish having sex, the doctor said it was normal from my uterus contracting after an orgasm. I hope this helps, but you should ask your doc too.

After a woman has an orgasm her uterus contracts. This could be for a short time or could be for hours. During pregnancy, these contractions can be much more painful as your uterus is much larger. They are harmless and do not have anything with going into labour unless your baby is ready to come out anyways
Just a suggestions but maybe what you are experiencing is the effect of these contractions through your back (much similar to some women experiencing "back labour")
