recurrent diarrhea with epigastric pain radiating to back?my boyfriend is experiencing recurrent diarrhea but no noticeable dehydration. there is a positive epigastric pain and this pain is radiating to his back. what this could be? thanks a lot.

It seems to me that this could be acute pancreatitis. Consult a physician right away !
