5 months postpartum abdominal pain?Has anyone had problems with lower admonial pain and back pain? I had Kidney Stones throughout my pregnancy but they have ruled that out. Is there anyone else out there that has had this? I had a UTI about a month ago that is gone now. I just can't figure out why I still have pain? My baby is now 5 months old. I just want to feel better! I am in the processes of having some tests run but wanted to see if anyone else has had this.
My pain is in the lower abdominal area under my belly button on both sides. As far as the pain in my back it is in the kidney area.
I am not currently nursing...

Well my son was about 3 months when they figured out I had a lot of gallstones and had to take my gallbladder out, a gallbladder attack is extremely painful and starts in the front and goes into the back. Possibly you are having gallbladder attacks. Hopefully they will be able to find out with the tests though. Good Luck

I am not sure where you pain is, but I had pain in my back where my kidneys are. I had talked to the doc about it and they ran some tests, to no avail. After a couple of months I couldn't stand it no longer. I went back to the docs and talked with the nurse practitioner. She said it was my muscles. Just sore muscles from nursing. She sent me home with Tiger Balm. It seems that I was holding my son in an awkward manor when I nursed him at night. Maybe your doing something new and your muscles are still getting used to it.
