Back Pain Info:back pain during early pregnancy?

back pain during early pregnancy?Hi

im 9 weeks pregnant and today iv bin having a bit of back pain, its the lower of my back.

i haven't experienced any bleeding and no period like cramps.

i still have all the symptoms of pregnancy although after a miscarriage at the start of Sept im worried the same thing will happen again.

I seen the heart beat when i was 6wks on a tummy scan and they said everything seemed great.

Whats the chances of me having another miscarriage after seeing the heart beat, o and i seen the umbilical cord as well.

thanks
excuse me sunshine but i wasnt asking for rude comments, have some consideration that i had my world shattered in sept and im not trying to get too attached to this pregnancy just yet incase something happens.

i dont appreciate the rudeness. im human, i have feelings that can get hurt.

i had back pain all the time when. hormones released during pregnancy allow ligaments in the pelvic area to soften and the joints to become looser in preparation for the birthing process of your baby; this shift in joints and loosening of ligaments may affect the support your back normally experiences

Stop focusing on everything going wrong, and focus on everything going right.

Miscarriages are most common in the first trimester, so you have no way of telling what will happen. I would lay low and take things easy until then. Low back pain during the first and third tri are normal. In the first tri, its due to changing/surging hormones. In the third, its ALL of that baby weight (plus some of your own!) Good luck, and TAKE IT EASY!

I have a little bit of back pain also and i'm 9weeks and a few days
almost 10week. My tummy hurts I have alot of sickness, and my lower
and upper back seems to hurt. not everyday but some days.

About the miscarriage I don't know because I've never have had one
and I pray to god I never do.. I'm sorry for that and I hope your baby
will do fine. Make sure you take care of yourself..

Lower back pain is so normal most likely doesn't mean miscarriage. I was about 8 weeks pregnant when my lower back started hurting. The doctor told me to stay off my feet and said it was totally normal. Still, I'd talk to your doctor about it.

Hot baths and staying off of my feet helped me A LOT.
