no the symptoms suddenly not disappear it will give to the cautions better to consult the doctor and i think ur saying the ur facing problem at the time of urination so may be if kidney stones present in the bladder .
if kidney stones present in the gall bladder u will get sevior pain at the time urination and better to consult the doctor.
