I have sudden back pain and bruising, what is it?About 2 days ago my lower back started to ache. But that night I couldnt sit right without pain. Today it started to make it difficult to walk without pain and this evening I noticed some bruising along my spine. I didnt fall or get hit in the back. this has happened before, although I dont remember it lasting this long. The only thing I've been able to find on the net is that sometimes a sever strain can cause bruising. Anyone know of anything else?

What had caused the strain? Are you physically active? Do you remember an instance that may have caused it? Bruising is something that you should be alarmed of. It is a type of relatively minor hematoma of tissue in which capillaries and sometimes venules are damaged by trauma. To be sure, go see a doctor.
To prevent or fix back pain, you can do some strength, flexibility, and muscle activity that can fix the root cause of back pain.
