Help with upper shoulder/back pain?I have this huge knot on the upper right side of my back/shoulder right above the shoulder blade. I tried massaging it with my hand but that seemed to make it worse. I can't sleep it's bothering me too much, is there anything I can do to get rid of it? Nobody can give me a back massage right now, and I don't have a tennis ball. Anything I can do by myself to get rid of it? Aspirin didn't seem to help either....
