How long does it take for a drug test to come back from children services?The reason why I am asking is becuase I live in Ca, a neighbor I had a dispute with called, they stated I neglected my children and I use drugs in front of my children.
I took the test a month ago and never heard anything from them. I do not do drugs. The social worker came back to my home and stated the test was dirty for marijuana. I do not smoke marijuana, I use marijuana soaked in alcohol as a rub for the pain on my hip. I didn't think this would show. I cannot believe it took this long for thresults to come back. The funny part is the social worker wants me to retest, for what? If i was positive for marijuana thats that right?

If you are legal in California what is the problem? The law can not take your children away for being sick and having to take meds....
If you use marijuana, even as a rub it will show dirty in a drug test, you are using. Get legal.....then contact your local mmj chapter and get people helping you!!
