Sounds like an infection, call the doctor

After a natural delivery or a c-section, you will have some contractions. ( And just when you thought it was over, DANG!!) This is because your uterus is still contracting back to it's normal size. Yes, it can and will have some slight pain to it. If you still don't feel comfortable, please feel free to talk to your doctor.

Could it be due to the effects of the anesthetic used? I know I had these pains after my first 2 c-sections. At this stage you are still in the healing process. Get plenty of rest with your little one and try not to over do it.

Good luck!

I am 3 months postpartum from my c section and i have this too. I am going to the doctor next week to see if theres anything wrong or if this is normal. Mine got worse once i became more active. I have been told that this is normal following a c section.
My advice is to see your doctor.
Good Luck and Congrats!
