Neck and back pain both upper and lower and Dizzyness?I have had back and neck pain and a grumpling stomach for a month now but recently my I have gotten a little dizzy and my whole body but mostly my head feels really heavy when I lay down. What could this possibly be. I have gotten an EKG, MRI of lower back and neck, CT scan of lower lumbar, and various bloodwork which came back normal. I don't have high or low bloodpressure or diabetes. The dizzyness came about a month after all of the other stuff. Please help!

It sounds like you could have Fibromyalgia. It is a muscoskeletal disease that cannot be diagnosed with tests and x-rays, etc. You need to go to a doctor that specializes in Fibromyalgia and see if you might have it. Check out this site and read about this disease, http://www.mayoclinic.com/health/fibromyalgia/DS00079. It is very painful, I have it and I am 27 years old. A lot of doctors do not believe it even exists, but I assure you it does, you may have to search for doctors yourself if you family doctor does not refer to a doctor that can treat for this disease.
