I have not been to a doctor yet, I am having painfull lower back pain, by my tailbone.?I have numbness in my left foot, half of it is numb, 4 os my toes are numb. Also my left leg nerves are tingling. I used to walk 1 - 2 miles every morning wiwth my dog. The last 3 weeks I can't walk her because of the pain. I had a little pain before, but was able to ignore it. I have rhumetoid arthritis in my hibs and I thought it was just that. When I would get home I would not be able to set down for up to a half hour because of the pain in my hips and across my lower back. I just dismissed it and took Tylenol. I also have not been able to lay on my back or lay flat on my stomach for 30 years or so because it hurt my lower back to much. The last few months I have to sleep on my side with both of my legs bent together, I can't bend just 1 up, it hurts my back and hips. It is affecting my sleeping.10 days ago I woke up w/severe pain in my lower back. On a pain scale of 1-10 (1 is no pain & going up) I go from 3 to 7. I can not take prescription pain pills, it hurts to walk.

I know where you are coming from. I have a broken tailbone and suffer from constant lower back and leg pains. Here is a very good website that can help. Go see a doctor and get an x-ray on you sacrum/tailbone. Or see a chiropractor.

Sounds like you need to go to an ortho dr. and get some x-rays on your back and hip. I had back surgery which messed up my hip. The longer you wait to get it done the worse it's going to get so get to the doc asap!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
