Lower back pain on one side when walking, not when sitting, or standing.?Over the last two weeks whenever I walk more than ten minutes. ( I walk all the time, and have prior to this situation) i get a sharp pain on my lower left side of my back. It only seems to be pained when I am walking and ceases when I stop. What is causing this pain?
