Middle abdominal pain radiating through the back.?I have a middle abdominal pain (left side of my navel) and it radiates through my back/mid section. At times it feels like a muscle pain but I know it's more than that. Does anybody know what this symptoms mean? Thank you.

This could be a serious problem and is worthy of a trip to the doctor for tests. Symptoms like this can be a sign of gallbladder syndrome or perhaps a problem with the pancreas. The radiating through the back indicates that (as you clearly suspected) its not just a muscle spasm.
You were right to ask. Do visit the doctor soon, and I hope you two can clear it up immediately.
