What is good for back pain while pregnant?

What is good for back pain while pregnant?

Answer by 2010
A warm cloth but too hot. If that doesn't work I would take one tylenol. Being pregnant comes with the territory of back pain. But if it is really out of control I would get a hold of your doctor, only because this can be a sign of pre term labor or something more serious

sitting up straight

yoga

meditation

massage from your partner

Avoid it in the first place, the less you do the less pain you have. Have people help you with cleaning and relax as much as possible. Yoga, heating pads, tylenol, baths, and massages all help.

Put some rice in a sock pop in the microwave and wa la you have a safe heating "blanket" that's a suggestion my doctor told me because heating pads are not good for you while pregnant..
