I Had back surgery doctor remove L4 L5 disc and replace with bone and a titanium plate. How long to recovery?Is being tree weeks sense I had the surgery my ok old pain went away but I have different pain in my lower back I don't now if this pain is because the surgery and is going to go away or Nat I need answers? It takes a very long time to recover, often more than 2 months.
