pain and a bump under left rib cage?ive had pain in my upper left side for awhile now. but now it hurts threw my upper left side of my back and theres a swollen spot nder my left breast on my left rib cage..what could it be? a swollen spleen? help any ideas. I KNOW GO TO THE DOCTOR.. but my back is really hurting bad and ive taken vicoden and the pain is still there. any ideas?

sorry your in pain. go to the doctor...have you ever had mono? mono can cause your spleen to enlarge..you need to call your doctor or ask a nurse
