Lower middle back pain?Ok, so a few days ago I started to have some low back pains in the morning but they went away a few minutes after I woke up. I don't do any sports and I've never been in a car accident. I'm pretty much in shape; the only exercise I do is I run 2 miles a day. Anyways I only had this back pain when I woke up but it went away. Anyways I was going to sleep now but when I reached for my phone my back hurt like hell. I actually felt like crying! I noticed it hurts when I move my head forward and backwards and when I try to move onto my sides. I'm a 17 male and I DON'T have scoliosis. I took a vicodn like an hour ago that I have for migraines but It has not helped one bit. Any ideas? Thanks real much in advance!

It could be a pinched nerve or be a rib out of place. Both of these can cause an extreme amount of pain. I would suggest going to see a Chiropractor, they can help with both of these issues and many other issues if this is not what is going on in your back. Chiropractors can work so called 'miracles' even during the very first visit. I hope this helps.
