Can you help? Why do I have severe stomach and back pain about 30min. after eating ?I am afraid of eating as I have severe stomach and back pain after a meal. The pain stops about 2 hrs later with me going to the bathroom (mostly diarrhea). I had a blood test and everything seems fine other than the doubled eosinophil evel. This indicates a parasite but my doctor believes it is rather an infection. However, taking Metronidazole, Amoxicillin and Pepto Bismol for two weeks did not help. Any suggestions?

have you had your gallbladder checked?
