lower back pain or kidney infection?

lower back pain or kidney infection?my lower back just started killing me and i can barely walk or bend down. is that the sign of a kidney infection or a back pain?

if you pee more often and it hurts you may have an infection. Also if you get stabbing pain in your lower left or right side than its a kidney infection. Lower back pain will go away if you take an antiinflamatory or advil. Try a heating pad if you don't like to take pills.

If you are not having urinary frequency or pain, I would say it is probably back strain. But, only your doctor can say for sure.

if it is in the center of your back then it back pain
if it is high on your butt cheeks then it is sciatica pain
If you have a fever then that also a sign of infection

if you feel blah or feverish or going to bathroom more probably a UTI, if it just hurts when you bend over or hurts more while moving around then just strain, you could try a muscle rub or heating pad maybe ibuprofen to help
